Code of Conduct Manual

I redesigned the company’s Code of Conduct, transforming it from a dense Microsoft Word document into a visually engaging, easy-to-navigate digital piece. Using Adobe InDesign and BISSELL’s brand guidelines, I improved layout, typography, and hierarchy to make the content more readable and appealing for employees. The final design was well-received and helped increase engagement with this important internal resource.
